Test operation of the new website project ESS Scandinavia - CZ was was started on 31th January. In addition to general information on the website is also a News section with actual information about the project ESS Scandinavia-CZ , moreover the possibility of using communication through social media. In the future mobile devices version will be running.
EU structural funds enlarge Czech Republic’s contribution to ESS
On 19 October 2016, the Nuclear Physics Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences (NPI) located in Řež organized an event to provide an overview of the Czech participation in the ESS project. During the event, the new EU Structural Funds project “European Spallation Source - participation of the Czech Republic – Operational Programme” was launched.
Building Europe’s Next Flagship Engineering Diffractometer: The Future is BEER
This is the first in a series of articles highlighting the instruments selected to enter Phase 1: Preliminary Engineering Design, for the European Spallation Source (ESS) suite of instruments.
